I love teaching Pilates because it can help you to build strength, gain confidence, relieve stress and move more freely. Pilates with Sara blends traditional and contemporary Pilates, which includes endurance-based strength and conditioning workouts and high-intensity interval Pilates. You’ll build core strength and create a connection between your mind and your movement, which will enhance your workouts.

My Core & Body Connection Challenge places greater emphasis on balance-based exercises to help you redefine your core strength, whilst improving your flexibility and posture. I take a holistic approach to movement - when your mind and body work as one, it helps you enjoy all aspects of life.
