The Daily 20 Challenge
Britany designed this challenge program to offer an amazing way to get back into a routine or stay active when you don’t have much time - all you need is 20 minutes per day.

I’m Britany, a NASM certified personal trainer, HIIT and barre instructor from Portland, Oregon. I became Sweat’s first Barre instructor in 2019 and have a range of fun and challenging barre, strength and pregnancy programs you can choose from.

Program Overview
There is plenty of variety with five weekly workouts that can be followed at home and two optional walks, and the workout split also changes every second week to keep things interesting.
In weeks 1 and 3, your five workouts include Hamstrings & Glutes, Back & Biceps, Express Mobility & Core, Low Impact Cardio, and Full Body. In weeks 2 and 4, your workouts include Chest, Triceps & Shoulders, Express Mobility & Core, Low Impact Cardio, Legs, and Full Body.
All workouts are low impact and require minimal space and just a few pieces of equipment, making this program perfect for training at home or in the gym.
